A Note from the Pastor |
|
A Message from Rev. Richard Bensinger
Wherever We Begin
I am so glad to be here as pastor of Bridgewater United Methodist Church. When the discernment process begins with Bishop, Cabinet, and the receiving church, everyone prays hard for a good fit. In my first two and a half months, I can testify from my perspective that this is a great fit for me. I have found people in this church who are committed, engaged, and growing in faith. I have also found a congregation that understands, in many beautiful ways, that discipleship is not a single doorway but a long and grace-filled path. |

Prayer List |

I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. Ephesians 1:17-19a |
